Warranty Claim

To complete the online warranty claim, you will need the following details
  • – Proof of Purchase – Sunny Invoice or Receipt Number/ Your Original Purchase Order Sent to us
  • – Clients details (End User’s Name, Contact number and Address)
  • – Video/Photos of the warranty Issue
These details will assist us in providing the best service possible. Any missing details could result in delays when processing your claims.

Should a warranty claim be made an authorised Sunny Group agent has attended the location, inspected and is in the opinion that issue was caused due to incorrect or faulty installation or where the products were misused or conditions of the claim are void as per our Policy or if the warranty period is expired, Sunny Group has the right to charge a service fee.
